The best aspects of my new year stay at this hotel were the welcoming hosts and the beautiful courtyard and pool areas. the hosts made me feel right at home and were always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. I especially loved the fact that I had a shelf in the fridge and access to free tea and coffee. It was also a great advantage to have an umbrella provided for the beach and to be allowed to stay all day on the day of checkout. the hotel is conveniently located within an easy walk to the village, where I found a variety of restaurants and bars to enjoy in the evening.
I also found the rooms to be cool during the winter, as there was no heating available. I understand that this is common for the Canaries.

the room was excellent and the interior of the hotel very nice
unfortunatley there is no facility for dining at night and there are no restaurants in the town itself therefore be prepared to drive quite a distance for an evening meal.

It's a very pleasant place to stay, very relaxing. The staff is so welcoming and friendly that it seems to be in a family. The room is marvelous and the breakfast too, rich of fruit, home-made cake and delicious bread for sandwich.
There wasn't any drawback. It was all perfect!

The hotel had a great view of the garden and mountains, and the room was spacious and cleaned daily. The breakfast offered a good variety and was served outside. The location was central and convenient for exploring the area.
There were a few minor issues in the bedroom, such as only one electric socket and a bathroom door that didn't close properly. there was a lack of shade in the pool area, making it difficult to escape the sun on hot days.

Good sized room and bathroom, quiet location, small but adequate pool, breakfast in a pretty patio all in a wall enclosed finca. The owners are hospitable.
The rooms are somewhat dated and it is not near any good restaurants. This is a bed and breakfast, so no food or drink is served other than breakfast. Good for one or two nights as a base to explore the surrounding district.

Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere ,ideal location for visiting the island !great breakfast
The hotel has no heating facilities so if staying in winter months watch out because staying in Antigua in the centre of the island the temp can drop to 8 degrees at night which means going to bed becomes a military experience and not a pleasure !

Very friendly staff - a delightful building, very quiet and full of character. Beautiful open-air breakfast terrace; also a comfortable covered atrium for reading, internet etc. Excellent for chilling out.
We liked everything about the hotel itself: Our only difficulty was that there is no restaurant within easy walking distance. Also, on first arrival at twilight, the hotel was very difficult to find - we had to ask at three different places before we received adequate directions.

We had such a wonderful stay at a charming hotel that made us feel right at home. The hosts, Malole and David, were incredibly welcoming and treated us like family. From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease and were given the freedom to make ourselves comfortable. The hotel's central location made it convenient for us to explore the island, and the beautiful garden and patio area with a pool and jacuzzi were a welcome treat. The breakfast served on the patio was delicious and offered a variety of options. The hotel's historical charm and character added to the overall experience, and we loved hearing the family stories behind the portraits displayed throughout the hotel. Despite a few minor issues with the bedroom, such as a lack of electrical sockets and a door that didn't close properly, it didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of our stay. The shower could also use some improvement in terms of the curtain clinging and the fixed overhead showerhead. However, these were just minor inconveniences in comparison to the exceptional hospitality and relaxed atmosphere at Rural Era De La Corte. We highly recommend this unique and special place for anyone looking for a home away from home experience. we had a memorable stay and would definitely return in the future.

Warm welcome from the owner, proud of her family heritage whom have owned the traditional farmhouse for generations. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Very trusting and open, treated like, and felt like one of the family, although still afforded plenty of privacy. Sad to be the only visitors for most of our stay, felt if you wanted a traditional Canarian base for a weeks exploration of Fuerteventura this is the idea location. Although away from the busy resorts, near enough to be 'amongst it ' if necessary.
As we were there for 7 days, would have liked an egg for breakfast one morning, as the novelty of sliced ham, cheese and rolls for breakfast everyday was wearing thin by the end of the week. But perhaps this is a bit unfair as there was plenty of fruit, yoghourt ( including yoplait ) jams, honey, tomatoes etc, so I guess this is personal taste, and they probably would have done an egg if we had asked, so please dont be put off by this.

our recent stay at a charming hotel in Antigua, Fuerteventura was beyond our expectations. The warm and friendly hosts made us feel like family, offering their inside knowledge of the island and creating a magical experience. The quiet and relaxing atmosphere, combined with the lovely pool, added to the overall charm of the place. We miss them already!
Breakfast options could be more varied.

A pleasant hotel just outside a small town. Very quiet when I stayed in December. The owners are welcoming and the room was very clean and well presented. For an evening meal you will have to drive up to the town. A peaceful base from which to explore an interesting part of the Island.

A perfect place to relax and explore the island with a touch of tradition. Loved the warm and welcoming hosts who made our stay memorable. The outdoor breakfast in the charming square was a pleasure. Our room had a beautiful view of the garden and the mountains. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. The hosts provided great recommendations for places to visit and eat, making us feel like guests rather than customers.
